P020 – Toranja Compressor

Introducing the Toranja Compressor, based on JFET technology. Unlike traditional compressors that flatten all the frequencies of your guitar into a uniform mass, the Toranja allows the dynamics of your instrument to be preserved alongside the compression line, adding sustain, definition, and personality to your tone—giving a studio-quality feel to your sound.

The Toranja compressor has its origins in the extremely rare Dan Armstrong Orange Squeezer, which is known for preserving the high frequencies of your instrument, resulting in an incredibly organic tone with very low noise levels. Its blend control allows you to mix your clean signal with the compressed signal, maintaining your instrument’s timbre and sounding amazing on guitars (both single coils and humbuckers), acoustic guitars, basses, and even as a vocal effect.

Moreover, the Toranja has plenty of output to be used as a volume or gain boost, making it a complete and versatile tool for transforming your tone.
