The Tesla Coil is an Octave Fuzz, which operates one octave up, with a unique sound. Despite having only one knob, it is impressive the amount of incredible sounds that this fuzz offers. If we could summarize the pedal, we could call it Jack White in a Box, so much so that you can find the sounds of the Tesla Coil on various tracks that Jack White recorded, including the vocals of “I’m Shakin'”.

The search for selected 2N2222 transistors allowed us to find an ideal point for the Tesla Coil, so much so that it sounds great in all situations we have tested, whether with a clean amplifier or emphasizing saturated tones. It’s impressive how dynamic and rich in harmonics and overtones this pedal sounds.
